I purchased a Harbor Breeze "Pebble Creek" fan model E-ALD52NON5C1 and a Harbor Breeze remote kit model RCBI-103L. I did the installation of the fan and remote receiver all at the same time. Now, I cannot get the transmitter to do anything. No fan or light. The programing instructions state to make sure that the fan is in high speed and that the light is on with the pull chains before it will function with the remote. How can I verify they are on and in high speed with no power to the fan?
