I have a Harbor Breeze 52-in Aero Ceiling Fan Model # "AER52BP5LKRC":
Its JD E11 100 W Halogen light bulb is not burned out (I have taken it out and tested it) but it will no longer light when I turn it on via RF remote. I tested the wire leading to where it inserts into where the bulb screws in a there's no power there.
The fan works fine otherwise and the remote turns it on. The remote indicates that the bulb is on but the bulb won't light up.
I can't find the manual and can't figure out how to open the fan past removing the glass cover for the bulb.
Please help out!
