I have 2 bichion dogs ,5and 3 year old ,they keep peeing in my house ,I walk them 3 times a day and they go in the garden a lot ,if I get them neutered will that be the solution .I have lifted my carpets in the hall and upstairs landing and replaced it with lino but they still insist on peeing ,I need help .

Neutering may help, but sometimes it becomes behavioural and they continue.

First step - exam at the vet, then neuter.
