I have a vizio vo420e and I don't have a sound

I have a vizio vo420e TV the picture shows with no sound

What source are you using for TV? Cable / DVD Player / Normal Antena / PC or Laptop?

First try a different cable and make sure the cable are in the correct slots.
Some TVs you can change the source of the audio. (DHMI / AV / VGA / Composite)

If you have your computer connected via HDMI cable then you have to change the audio settings on the PC to send the audio over HDMI.
