They want someone there daily Mo through Fr from 0500a to 1100a.
1. vacuum 10 office areas, empty trash as need, dust
2. clean employee kitchen, sweep and mop as needed, wipe tables daily, polish sink as needed, dust as needed, empty trash as needed
3. mop 3 large restrooms daily, clean countertops and mirrors daily
4. sweep and mop children's areas as needed, clean children's restroom daily approx. 1200sf
5. vacuum book room area daily and dust all shelves monthly
6. Common entry mop daily and strip and wax weekly
7. Sitting area vacuum upholstered furniture weekly and dust daily, vacuum daily
8. 3 large event rooms, vacuum daily, wipe down tables and chairs daily or as needed, set up and take down tables and chairs as events dictate. Dust event commercial kitchen and maintain polish on commercial 3 deep bowl ss sink
9. Vacuum all carpeted areas daily
10. Clean Front entry way windows and doors daily and wipe down before leaving
11. Wash all windows as needed and wipe down smudges (inside and out)
12. Pick up all exterior trash and empty all trash cans
13. Remove all carpet stains immediately
14. Minor bldg maintenance such as changing light bulbs, replace damaged ceiling tiles, vacuuming all a/c outlets and so on
This bldg is approx. 25,000 sf and is 90% carpet. They want all noisy items to be completed before 8:30am when staff arrives
