In April 2013, our condo had a fire in the attic, it was deemed uninhabitable since
This occurred 6 months ago. The contractor has just informed us now that the
TXV Valve and A/H Coil need to be replaced for the system to work properly.
Since our AC unit was working perfectly before this fire in the attic which is where our AC unit is situated. Could the heat from the fire have cause the TXV Valve to have a small restriction and cause a hole in the A/H coil?
