I have gain a few pounds and I would like to loose the mid section and tighten up my abs. I know that I cannot just lose my stomach without losing all over body weight, I just don't want to loose a lot. Any suggestions? :p

For abdominal fat reducing, resistance training is great, but you must train the wole body as, you know. Use crunches, hip lifts, reverse crunches, the crunch machine or ab rollers if your in a fitness center. It takes time and patience to work your stomach, it takes proper nutrition, aerobic exercise, abdominal training and weight/resistance training. Try jogging, running, biking. Exercise a few times a week, 30-60 minutes. And eat natural low fat, low sugar, low sodiumm low calorie foods in smaller portions. People who eat 3-4 servings of low fat dairy actually lose more body fat, calcium regulates energy metabolism, which increases fat breakdown and decreases the amount of body fat. Low fat 1-2% or skim milk, low fat, non fat yogurt, and skim, part skim or lowfat cheese. Lean meats like chicken breast, turkey breast, loins type meats, and fish, lots of fruit, veggies, seeds nuts, and drink lots of water. Cut out white flour products, cakes, candy, chips, fast foods, fried foods.
