Ever time the red fades into the highlights and it takes a couple of weeks for my highlights to be the right color. What can I do to get the red off the highlights?

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding your post. Are you saying you got your hair colored red, with blonde highlights, and then recolored with red, and now the highlights are red, not blonde?

When you color your hair, it will color all the hair on your head. If you want red with blonde highlights, you'll have to bleach the highlights every time you go for a color, otherwise the color will cover all the hair, including the highlights. Which will be a lighter shade of red because they were bleached.

I have a similar question. I got red haircolor with blonde highlights and when I washed it the first time, the color bled onto the blonde highlights making them a little pink. Any ideas on whether that will eventually wash off and look blonde again?
