We had sex but we couldn't find the condom after sex(it was there before we started).so I took unwanted 72.next morning I've found condom inside me.So please can you tell me it is safe or should I eat another.

You're safe. Rather you've done all you can do at this point. The Emergency contraception should have done what it needed to do. If it failed then it would have failed regardless of if you pulled out the condom that night or the next day.

Keep an eye on your period and if it doesn't come come in two weeks or so, then take a home pregnancy test. Two weeks

I would make sure that keep an eye on the condom when having intercourse and maybe looking into a hormonal birthcontrol to augment condoms.
