Last year, My best friend was a great friend and helped me a lot. But this year, She's acting funny and she has been treating me like trash. What should I do?

Have you tried asking her why? So there's one option. Of course the other option would be to stop calling her a friend and forget about her.

Yeah, now her friends are messing with me for no reason.

My friend had recently done that to me too. Watch her closely. Think of someone you highly dislike, how do they act? Does your friend act like that person sometimes? Don't confront her right away though otherwise she might be offended or something. Also, what kinds of funny things is she doing?

Yeah, she has been acting funny since her friend ( who I don't like) became her friend and now, for some what reason, her friends are spreading rumors about me.

When a friend becomes friends with someone you don't like, stay completely out of it!
Now it sounds like she chose sides, and your best bet is to just walk up to her and as politely as you possibly can, say you should have stayed out of it, that you miss her, and that you hope they will not spread rumors about you.
Then you just have to find new friends... that's life. It's tough being a teen.

Sometimes you need to fire a friend. A real friend does not go hot and cold based on who else they are hanging out with. This isn't a friend and there's no potential, at least in the foreseeable future, to fix this. Your friend is too immature for you.

It hurts to lose a friend but it hurts more to keep an abusive person in your life. Don't lose sleep over it... this kid is kind of a moron, and you will find better people to hang out with. Be patient... it can take a long time, but it 's worth the wait and effort. Don't even bring it up if talk about her or anything... just stay cordial, don't confide anything in her, and get involved in what interests you. No drama or fighting or gossiping... move on like you don't care. You know, never let them see you sweat! And don't get too angry either... She's immature, you have outgrown her. She may turn a corner and realize what she's done. People don't learn and grow the same way. You just need to look for more maturity in your new friends, and it's not a bad thing... kind of like moving from middle school to high school. Not fitting into middle school social circles in high school, for example, is a GOOD thing.

Just ignore her. If she is doing this to you, she obviously isn't a great friend. Try to make new ones or if you really don't want to lose her, talk to her and try to find out why she is doing this to you. Trust me, it really sucks. But once you fix the problem, you will feel so much better. It may be hard at first to adjust and to make new friends, but think about it, do you really want to stay with her? My guess is no. Don't worry about it. It makes matters worse. Besides, all she is probably doing this for is to try to bring herself up cause she's jellous. I bet you are SO much better than someone who treats you like crap. PS. Don't be rude to her! If u do, it'll make u look just as bad as her. But if u simply ignore her, then she is the one who looks like a jerk. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try to do so :)
