I am 16 and was on omegle and did stuff I wasn't supposed to do.. A girl came on around my age and I flashed her and did other inappropriate stuff and I feel like COMPLETE crap for it I regret it more than anything (also showed my face at times) but later it turned out to be a recording of a random girl and it was actually a 43 year old man behind the screen. He asked me if I was angry and I told him no because I didn't want him to skip so I can ask him things like if he recorded me. He wouldn't answer me but I told him I was 18 almost 19 but I'm scared as hell that he recorded me and he's going to post it somewhere... Cus he thinks I'm 18. I'm scared what do I do?

Welcome to the Internet! Where everything you do and everything you have ever done is there forever. What can you do? Especially with Omegle? Take this as a lesson and NEVER do it again.
There are a lot of sideways things you can say about the internet. Men are men, women are men too, and 16 yo eager girls are really FBI agents. You have to assume that who and what you're talking to isn't what they seem. I could tell you I am a multitude of things, I even used to bait old perverts by pretending I was a 15yo female who just moved from Japan called Sosummi(so-sue-me). Fun times.
Getting back to this in a round about way. The chances he recorded what you were doing is probably good. If you told him you were over 18 then he might believe it is legal and it might show up on a multitude of sites. It could just stay in his personal archive of smut to wank to when the mood hits. The problem is that it could be out there on the internet and there isn't a thing you can do about it until you find it. That's when you can call the hosting company and tell them that is child porn.
Take a deep breath. Never go to omegle again. Never remove any clothes online unless you're over 18 and are okay whit the fact that they'll essentially become public property after the fact. There is really nothing you can do. Once burned, twice learned.

I totally agree with Craven. Life is all about lessons and consequences. Doing things you aren't supposed to be doing typically lead to bad consequences.
I would also go further in do not talk to that person again. If he pretended to be a girl, he was intending to hurt someone. If he watched you flash him, there was a reason. He is at best a troll and at worst a child molesting horrible person. So stay away from him. I am not familiar with Omegle but if you can block him, block him.

The system wouldn't let me give Craven a greenie (too soon after the last one I gave him), but Oliver, you got one from me. I went to Omegle once to check it out. I was immediately pounced on by some weirdo who wanted to "cyber" (have online sex). I dumped him and then started chatting with another newbie (he said) who said he was a farmboy from the Midwest. We talked about dogs and cats and horses and dairy cows and various crops for a while (I used to date farmboys back home so ask me anything about farms). He asked if I knew anything about Omegle because he wanted to meet other teens in other parts of the world. I told him about the first guy I had encountered on Omegle and said I'd heard bad things about the site. In my best motherly voice, I suggested he avoid Omegle and find a more wholesome site to chat with other young people.
He acted like a teen farmboy, could talk all day about dairy cows, but who knows who he really was. So be super careful what you say to whom, especially when you are new to any chat site. And NEVER give out personal information.

I have been to omeagle and various other sites similar. There are a few basic types of people, at least the last time I was there. Those looking for free sex/cyber/nudes/etc. honest users, trolls, and bots. The Video version is worse. Mostly just men playing with themselves on the screen. Honestly I can watch a man masturbate easily enough by just looking down.
The original idea was good, but... it has gone so far down hill...
