Hi I went for an ultrasound at almost 6 weeks pregnant but all the ob saw was a thick uterine lining and some fluid nothing else.. my last period was 27/8 and I ovulated on the 12th sept had intercourse on the 13th... Is it early to see anything ? Please help I am so worried and scared . Thanks much

How do you know ovulation date ? Were you tracking it using basal temperature or other medical testing. Online charts and phone apps do not work and are of little value. Next did you have sex other times or was that that only date you had sex the entire month ?

Did you ask your doctor. When they did the test.
