I got pregnant n we were not married n I had went out of town to see if things would work out and when I tried to leave he held me against my will and I had my child recently and I wanted to know can I get automatic full custody becuause I do not feel my child will not be safe visiting her father and I feel that if he do gets rights to her he will run off with her and not bring her back and he is not on the birth certificate and he also lives out of town and I live in Michigan

If you were held against your will, you should have called the police. He's on the birth certificate. Whether married or not, the courts are going to consider him a parent with equal rights, unless you have real proof of risks to the child. Fear that the child won't be safe, and that he will run off, can be told to the court but just saying that isn't enough. You really need a lawyer.
