We gave a Kohler 1.6 gallon / 6 liters per flush toilet with a Fluidmaster Pro Series ball and cock. I've adjusted the water level in tank to max height. There is slack in the chain to the flapper. However, with each flush, so little water stays in the bowl, that the liquid in the bowl spews out like a fountain. What needs to be done to get a higher water level in the bowl?

Hi NH2013

There should be a refill tube (white or black plastic) that goes from the fill valve to the pipe in the center of the tank (called the overflow pipe)... refill tube should be connected to the overflow pipe so water goes into the overflow pipe. Make sure the tube flows water into the overflow pipe and that should restore the proper water level to the toilet bowl.

Let me know if that fixed it...

See the attachment and you will see the bowl refill tube what Mark is talking about, good luck.
