Bad choice, mostly because of infection. Yes you could be. See your doctor for a check up!

Pregnancy is possible any time you have sex, so of course you could be pregnant again.

But the more likely explanation for the positive result is that the hcg hormone is still in your system from the last pregnancy. It can take many weeks for it to completely clear your system.

If you don't want to be pregnant enough to get an abortion the responsible thing to do is to take precautions. If that isn't a possibility then the right thing to do is to keep them crossed.

If you are having sex, yes of course, I will hope and assume you are using birth control. After that, it is possible that it is hormone still in the system. You will have to wait another month and test.
