Any time you have sex pregnancy is possible. So yes, you could be pregnant.

Is the bleeding a period? No one online can tell you that. It could be because you had sex too soon after giving birth. It could be another issue.

Are you breastfeeding?

Yes, you could.

I asked if you're breastfeeding because breastfeeding will delay ovulation, and you need to ovulate before you menstruate. Many women won't get their period while they're breastfeeding.

But yes, your period can resume 6 weeks after giving birth, especially if you're not breastfeeding.

You can also get pregnant shortly after giving birth. There are many people that have children that aren't even a year apart.

But are you? We can't tell you that online. Is this your period? We can't tell you that either. We can only tell you that if you're sexually active, even if you're using protection, which you didn't mention, pregnancy is possible.

If this is my period could it still be a possibility that I am pregnant ? If so when would be the best time to take a test ? & the sex with my finance was unprotected and he came in me twice .

You will never get your period during pregnancy. So, if this is your period, no, you're not pregnant.

Some women do bleed during pregnancy and mistake that bleeding for a period, but once you're pregnant, your periods stop.

If this is not your period, and you don't know when your period is due, wait until at least 4 weeks after sex before testing. Make sure to use first morning urine when you test.

I do have to ask, are you trying to conceive? You just had a baby 6 weeks ago. It's really not good for your body to have back to back pregnancies. It's also not good for the fetus.

There is no way to even tell what is wrong, but bleeding should stop within a week. Threre is just no way to tell without a physical exam,

You may want to wait about 4 week after the sex to attempt to test. Then every week after that, until you get a period, If the bleeding contimues and is not like a period, see your doctor
