Depends on what medication it is.

If your Aunt is undergoing Chemotherapy then this is to be expected. Do a little research on Chemotherapy, it is a REALLY harsh treatment. I can imagine that her life is sucking right now.

She needs to talk to doctor about what to do but often, there is nothing to do

Chemo sucks! I took chemo for 6 months, death would have been kinder. There are medicines that make the nausea better. She will have to tell her oncologist that she is suffering. They will give her a prescription for anti emetics.
