After a very difficult breakup, I got lucky enough to sit next to him in Spanish class, I can't focus at all, because he continually stares at me. I've been feeling stupid lately, for not being able to get over my ex-boyfriend. A lot of things happened in this relationship, and now I sit next to him in one of my classes. I just don't know why its taking me so long to get over him.

That's one of the bad parts of teen relationships. Most don't last, and instead of being able to move on by going no contact, you're stuck seeing him every day in class.

There's really no easy advice in this case. Concentrate on school, that's what you're there to do, ignore him as best you can. Join sports, or other programs in school, get busy with other things after school. Go out with friends, and do your best to avoid him. It's only one class. You can do it.

It's hard to get over someone if you have to see them in class every day, buy it will happen. Stay busy and concentrate on your classes.

Are you new to this school, and have not made friends outside of you soccer team mates that give you a bad time? Can you talk to your mom? You need some one to talk to as you seem to have a whole lot going on in your life right now, that goes beyond a break up.

You have a lot of issues to be dealt with, and talking to a teacher, and counselor may be of help when you talk to your mom. Dealing with this alone is overwhelming you right now but a trusted adult can help you through this.
