Four days ago I had a constipated bowel. I pushed a little nothing unordinary happened that I noticed. I got right into shower and while washing I felt something out my vagina hole. I got out looked and seen a circular thing at the opening. It hurts. I'm afraid to caugh sneeze yell because it feels as if it makes it worse. I cramp bad at times. Can barely stand straight up. I am in pain. I booked a pelvic exam but its not until Friday. I am wanting to rest but it'd hard as a mommy and house wife. What could this be?

It could be a prolapse, which means an organ is falling out of the vagina - bladder, bowel, or uterus, possibly. Call the doctor's office back and say it hurts!
Use a mirror and a lamp or flashlight to look at it.

My hysband said maybe its my cervix. I look with a mirror every half hour to hour. Because sometimes it goes back in. Do you think if it were to come out that I could die? I got the apt at pph but I will call Monday morning again. I told the man at front desk that sonething was coming out. And he scheduled me on the 9th business day out. Men don't understand the pain or cramps. I'd love to use bathroom but too freaked out. Thank you for your time!

Yes, cervix, attached to your uterus, so the uterus is falling down too. He's probably right because it of the opening in the middle (even though it's closed).
You or he might be able to gently push it in a bit while you are lying down, and you could insert two tampons, holding the string of one while you put in the other. No guarantees on that holding it in though.
Don't be afraid to move your bowels or pee. Take a gentle laxative.
Your doctor might fit you with a pessary or suggest surgery, or wait to see how the pessary does.

One or two women here mention that they pushed it back and it stayed on it's own... but not all, and not all the time.
