Hi I'm 22 and didn't have my period since the past 10 months . Put on weight and now I'm 85 kilos . 1.Now I've got a night shift job from 6 p m -3 am
2. I've my college around 9 in the morning till 1 o'clock in the afternoon .
How can I manage my sleep . How many hours am I advised to sleep? I'm basically a very lazy person who sleeps for eight to ten hours a day and now my crucial time started .
3 . I want to cut down weight so I'm planning for work out too. .

Kindly help me out with my diet plan ( Indian diet ) and time management for sleep
Is it healthy to sleep in two slots?? Like few hours after job and few hours after my college??

Two chunks of sleep aren't ideal but workable. It is the 6-8hrs of continious sleep that really helps your body.

Diet in your case would probably centre around portion control and making sure that you're exercising. Losing weight is a simple equation. You take in calories and your burn calories. Make sure your burning off more calories then you're taking in and you'll lose weight. With that said, you need to convince your body that you're taking in everything it needs to sustain itself. If you start starving yourself your body will store everything it can. IE, you get fatter. You need to exercise.

With your schedule this could be difficult.

Have you talked to your doctor about seeing a nutritionist? Talked to a gym about getting a personal trainer.

I would also look at sorting out your schedule a little. Maybe get a little more time for continuous sleep.
