We have been married for 9 months. We where living together while my paper work for went thur after collage and than I found out I did not fill all paper work out and I was going to have to leave. We decided to get married, we where about to move into a new apartment and where in love and did not want to be apart. Right after we got married thing got really bad. My wife would not sign my paper work for my green card and now she wants a divorce. I am a pro-golfer and if I leave now I will not be able to come back to the US for 10 years because I have stayed past my time. My sister Candice Swanepoel is my sponsor in my career, what are my rights. She knew I could not come back to US to play if I stayed and not married, now I have no proof that I was here legally except marriage license!

A Marriage license doesn't give you a legal right to be here... when your papers expired... you became illegal no matter if you married or not.

You may qualified to file a self-petition if you can prove your marriage is bona fide, but this is a tricky business. Please consult experienced immigration attorney.
