Hey,

I am a seventeen year old female and I am 5'3 and around 170 pounds. I have recently been trying to get into shape and lose some weight. I have been doing okay, I eat well and I exercise often. My mom suggested I try Weight Watchers, because she thinks it is the best way. Of course, my Mom weighs 50 pounds less than me and had never had a weight problem in her life. So what does everyone think? Weight Watchers? Any other suggestions? Any advice would be great!

My fiancé and my mother go every Monday they have been going for 5 weeks now and my fiancé has lost 10 pounds so far. She also works out and she loves it. Just think if you do the weight watchers thing if you loose 2 pounds a week you can reach your goal in no time.

Thanks for the input. I will look for a meeting group in my area tonight. I just want to be healthy and fit like I used to be.
