Lost pressure from the tub spout? How about the shower head... is pressure good when you use the shower?

Is both hot and cold water pressure reduced?

Let me know the answers...

Mark

Not enough pressure to use shower and pressure is low on both hot and cold. I changed cartridge it didn't help. Appreciate any help. Thanks

OK...

When you had the cartridge out, did you pulse the hot and cold water on to clear the valve ports of sediment/debris and to confirm proper water volume/pressure coming in through the valve? If not, I'd enlist the help of a friend and have them QUICKLY pulse the hot/cold water on/off while the cartridge is out so you can see if issue is before or after the cartridge... right?

Back to you...

Hi Mark, I took the cartridge of and turn on the main line. Water shot out clear to other wall. I guess pressure is good. I then connected a host to faucet and let the water run to let Sediment/debris out. I put the cartridge back on to know avail. Bad faucet or bad cartridge??

I suppose you could try rotating the cartridge 180 degrees... see if that makes a difference.

Otherwise, the cartridge probably got plugged up after replacement and should probably be replaced (instead of trying to clean it... too many parts).
