If you've had 3 positive pregnancy tests, which is what I understand from your post, then you're most likely pregnant. False positives are very rare.

Go to your doctor and have it confirmed. Maybe your husband will believe the doctor. If not, I guess he'll be surprised in 9 months when you bring home a baby.
