I have 6 years old German Shephard. Few weeks before he is suffering from a fever, so after showing to the vet and giving some medicines recover from the fever.

But from last 15 days he doesn't eat a single thing... and now its get so weak not even stand on their legs... I am daily giving glucose 2-3 times in a day and he drink that.

Also in last week 2 times also given glucose drips (those giving to patients in the hospital) but he is not ready to eat anything... Vet saying that he will recover.. but even don't able to stand... how can I see him like this.

So, guys I beg please help me... in recovering.

I really think you need to get back with the vet. Often they can't be sure what is really wrong with the dog, and treat it for the most likely problem. If that doesn't cure the problem, they need to reexamine the dog and try something else. Even our doctors often aren't right the first time.

I called the doctor several times and he examined daily, but till now no improvement. He said there is no symptom of anything like vomiting, loose motion and can be any infection inside the stomach which left after the fever and now must be remove after the some medicines he write but no success or improvement yet.
