The I-pill was not made to be used as birth control. It is for emergency use if you regular contraception methods failed or you didn't use any.
Once you become sexually active, then you need to use a more normal form of birth control.
And yes, long term use could cause health problems for you as well as fertility issues:

Changing your account is not going to change the answer. I've merged the 2 threads since they are obviously form the same person.

How many times do we have to tell you to not keep opening new threads over the same issue. Its bad enough you created a new account, but please keep your questions to the same thread.
Also, did you read the page that I linked to in my first response? It pretty much answers your questions.

I understand you are tensed about this. And you have a some valid concerns according to the page I linked. So you need to a) see your Gyn ASAP, b) stop having unprotected sex and c) stop using the I-Pill as non-emergency contraception.

You have to go see the doctor, should have seen one long ago. The I pill is not to be regularly used and has harmful side effects, You will have to see the doctor and find out

Your questions HAVE been answered as much as possible online. No physician is going diagnose you over the Net. All anyone can tell you is that excessive use of the I-Pill has resulted in side effects that have caused fertility issues in SOME cases. That's what that site I linked you to says, that's what we have all said (including an OB delivery nurse). Whether YOU have had some damage because of your excessive use, no one can tell you online. You need to be examined by an OB/Gyn to determine if any damage has occurred.

We can't tell you if it's too late. It could be. We can't diagnose you online, not even a doctor can diagnose online. You have to see your doctor, tell him of your use of the I-pill, and how many times you've used it, have a complete physical done, and hopefully you'll be okay. But we can't tell you if you will be or not, no matter how many times you ask.

If any damage has occurred it may be too late. No way for us to tell. But clearly you have to stop. Whether any damage is reversible, is something only a physician can tell after examining you.

Hi, don't worry, I-pill is not known to have long lasting side effects. However if you are so sexually active then better use regular contraception.

Obviously do not know much about them and the side effect possible. Also excessive usage increases risks.

And what is your source for this information? According to the site I linked to earlier; "if it is done improperly, it could have long term side effects and can be harmful for health of a woman."
