My girl friend takes 7 different meds a day. Is this affecting her emotional relation with me, since she says she never liked sex.

She's taking all those meds for a reason, so it's safe to assume that any problems having good relationships were there to begin with.
Many meds, whether psychiatric ones or not, do have an effect on the body chemistry and mood as well. The whole matter is intertwined. And it's usually different for each person.
Be patient and kind, and let her talk, and find out more about her life that brought all this on. Listening is the best gift you can give her. If it becomes clear over a long period that she will never want sex with you, then you just have to decide whether you can continue in the relationship. But it's not something you can get an answer for quickly, so if quickly is important to you, decide sooner rather than later.

There is no way to really tell if it's the meds or if it's the way she is and would be regardless of the meds.

Anything can ruin a relationship not just meds.
