I have a 94 civic dx, new fuel pump, fuel filter, wires, plugs, alternator, battery. Before I got the new alternator as long as I got a jump the car would always start... Now it will only start when it wants, I am dumb founded as to what the problem is, Once it does start it runs perfect, I don't know what else the prob could be, or what to troubleshoot now, Someone told me I may have a ground issue, Any input or suggestions appreciated

Does the Check Engine Light consistently come on for 2 seconds and then go out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)? If it stays on, the ECM is likely failing and needs to be replaced.
