Was wondering if I was having actual contractions, it feels like the baby is balling up really tight and a lot of pressure at the bottom of my stomach, it's lasts a minute and then moves to my back

How far along are you? Have you timed them? I didn't have any contractions but my room mate had them and went about her day and didn't go to the hospital until 12 hours later. And the baby still didn't come for like 5 more hours.
