I have recently discovered we have bed bugs. I live in an apartment complex and the building managers are doing nothing. I called a few times and they are giving me the run around telling me every time they are calling exterminator and they will call me to let me know when they are coming but I never get a call back. I have a 2 month old baby how do they expect us to stay in the apartment? Some one please help. What can I do?

You need to send him a certified letter stating that if he does not have the place exterminated by xx-xx-xxxx you will be taking it to the magistrate. If it makes it to the magistrate you should have a statement written out on what days you complained and what days he claimed the exterminator would be there. Also talk to other people in the building and see if they will get in on this with you.
