We purchased a {brand removed} combo sink and fauset less than 3 months ago and sat night found it leaking under the sink from the faucet itself not the plumbing connections. Come to find out it leaked so much it went through the floor into my finnished basement. I now have water logged carpet and ruined ceiling and walls. I have been struggling with the depot to get their insurance adjuster here to assess all of the damage their product did. Now my house is smelling like mildew and mold waiting was told by store and their man in GA not to do anything also I have no water in my kitchen. What does it take to get help from them.

You refer to "the depot". Have you contacted the manufacturer or the store? If I was you I would call the manufacturer directly.

Did you install the sink yourself or have the store you purchased from do it? Did they use their own employees or a contractor.
Bottom line is this may not (and probably isn't) the fault of the manufacturer but more likely the installer. So that's who you should going after.
Have you checked with your homeowner's insurance? They may cover this or at least help you sue the installer. My feeling is you would have a hard time showing the problem was a manufacturer defect, which is probably why its taking so long.
