I have a American Standard Air Handler Model # twe049e13fb purchased 2006 back in 2009 Unit went out lines frozen up.Service came out SAID problems with motor and control board.They were both replaced and parts were covered under warranty no labor cost of call 350.. 00 labor charges. ON 9/12/2013 unit went out again lines frozen up .Service came out again and they SAID SAME 2 PARTS WERE BAD AGAIN MOTOR AND BOARD THIS TIME they said no warranty only 5 years on this unit.MY CONCERN THIS IS THE SAME 2 PARTS FROM THE SERVICE CALL IN 09 WHYARE THESE PARTS GOING BAD AND WHY HAVE THEY WENT BAD AGAIN COST OF SERVICE CALL OVER $ 800. I need help thank you Neil
