I just want some opinions of others who may have more experience in this than myself as I've never been pregnant. I just want someone else's opinion. I will be getting a hpt tomorrow.
Okay so my period is usually quite irregular anyway but this month it has been very strange. According to my "Womanlog" cycle tracker I should have ovulated around the 24th August. I began to get brown discharge on the 7th September, thinking it was the beginning of my period I just used a tampon. I left it in all day and when I took it out there was not near enough to fill the tampon, maybe like a 20c piece size of brown discharge/blood on it. There was only really enough to notice properly if I inserted my finger or a tampon. This continued until around the 12th.. Maybe a bit earlier but by the 12th there was absolutely no sign of coloured discharge at all. There were also a few tiny specks of fresher blood once or twice throughout the few days. I had no af symptoms until the other day, and its now almost a week since the bleeding stopped. I am now getting sensitive nipples, period-like cramping and sharp twinges mostly in my lower left abdomen quite frequently throughout the day. My cervix is soft, high closed and quite wet. I have milky, very slimy cm for the past few days. Does this just sound like an 'off' period or is it a common occurrence in early pregnancy? I'm really not sure of when I ovulated as I haven't been keeping track the past few months other than the general idea that my calendar gives me. I also haven't been using pretoection and bd'ing frequently with my partner.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated as I'm just very curious as to what others opinions are. Thank you! :)

Delete that app... its worthless.

One thing that's NOT consistent among women is what day of their cycle they ovulate... apps like make assumptions that are very incorrect.

There are only two ways to find out when you ovulate... keeping a basal temp chart... (very time consuming) or through actual medical testing.

Secondly... you should not be playing around with your cervix with your finger... you are begging for an infection.

You've been having sex so pregnancy is most definitely an option... but all you or anyone else are doing before you test and get a positive is guess.
