It is the plenum coil can it be seal or doe's it have to be replaced and where can I get one and how much

Don't start another post, just add to the original post. I would certainly try sealing the tray. Some a coils are connected to the tray, some are just fitting in them. I would try to dry the tray, clean the rust off and apply metal duct tape followed by spray on sealer.

There is rust around a coil and water drippind down on to the tray worried that coil wiil let go, can we buy the plenum for this model as it would to hard to put metal duct tape around coil.

The plenum is just the box. The a coil and tray fit into the plenum. If you can't seal the tray, or install a replacement tray, you may need to buy an a coil assembly. They do sell replacement trays.

Can I buy a coil assembly and from where and how much as the tray is fine.
