All Faucets give gold water when turned on but no hot water.
Direct energy inspected the hot water system and said there is no problem
With the hot water system. It is a plumbing problem.
What could be the problem?

Does any water come from the hot faucet? I see you have some "gold "water! Spread the wealth and tell us how to get some.

Is this a gas or electric water heater? What did direct energy check? Have you checked the cold water feed? When you lift the lever on the T&P valve do you get water running? Back to you, Tom
