Hi I am a 25 yr old male and have has various kidney problems since I have been 21, I have had stones and severe infections in which I have been hospitalised 3 times, recently I have felt the usual symptoms in my right loin area it's been painful and occasionally sore to pass urine, but today I started getting a pulse from my LEFT loin area? Is this related? Thanks in advance for any help

Could be. I am not a nephrologist though so I would talk to your doctor about this. It could be the same symptoms, but also could be something VERY different.
