Often special licences are required for holding certain types of chemical.
Really depends what you are looking for and in what quantity.

What did you have in mind ?

So many chemicals are used to make either drugs or bombs that they aren't available except to science labs, universities, and governments. Or possibly certain manufacturers.

Nothing that could put you at risk just like stuff you can't find in stores just like chemicals in a chemistry kit just soled as multiple items

Without telling us what you want, we can't help you.
I just bought some oxalic acid crystals on eBay. The seller sold all sorts of chemicals in powder form. (There are many restrictions on shipping chemicals too, especially if liquid!)

Boric acid is usually sold in hardware stores in powder form, as a pest control like cockroaches. You can also order it online from countless places.

Dollar general use to sell boric acid in the roach poison section. I have powder nickel for sale.
