I got my helix done and it hurt like a 6-7 on a 1-10 pain scale. I noticed I have a lot harder and thicker cartilage in my tragus than the helix. Is the tragus going to hurt more than the helix based on what I've said? I want one, but I'm scared. :(

There's really no way to determine how much it will hurt, even based on your low pain tolerance before.

Each piercing is different. The pain will be different.

More cartilage would indicate that it will be more painful, but it could be less. It really all depends on you, the piercer, etc. etc.

If you want it, do remember that the pain only lasts a little while. No pain no gain. :)
