Greetings my name is andre I'm from lebano beirut, I start renovating my new apartment 3 years ago , and 2 years ago I installed a 24000btu ACSON concealed machine , heat pump te indoor unit model :ACC25CR and the outdoor unit is ALC25CR , first the outdoor unit is lower then the indoor , second the copper tubing is around 13 meters although people say do not exceed 7.5 meters , but I read the document and they said it can go up tp 15 meters but you have to add around 500 grams of freyon

When the HVAC company installed the machine , they didn't run it because I have to put a duct and a wired thermostat also called controller model SLM3 identical to MCquay machines , so I installed huge duct to minimize air noise level, and I put gypsum board to cover the duct and the flexible ducts , I finished work it took , last week I want to run it I called the HVAC company and installed also 4 machines gree model for the bed rooms 12000 BTU capacity and the length of the pipe is also 13 meters , they all run good , in 3 minutes time the rooms which are all 4 meters by 3 meters and height is 2.8 meters ,
Now they wanted to run the living huge machine they fixed the drain line to the pan and did thermostat connections which is one plug

Result is as follows , when I turned it one m the suction pressure was 60 psi , they said no leak because the mqachine was idle for 2 years and if there is a small leak no pressure will be shown , 2nd , the air coming out from the condenser fan is not so hot , although outside temp was around 34
The evaporation supply air was cold but so gold like all other machines I runned the machine for few hours and still nothing , I told the hvac technician , u should add freyon so he did the pressure was 60 psi on suction when filling the freyon bottle got froze
We waited abit then we reached 67 psi, and he left m, I run the ac nothing even worse , I checked ac amps it was 20 amps 45 amps during start up although the max amp should be 12 , so I guess it was over charged

Now I'm confused about few things , first I don't remember if the first technician purged the air out from the system , second what happen to the freyon if it was in the system for 2 years without functionning , some people say you should vacuum all your system and try again some say air doesn't cause this , and some say you should have a return duct for your evaporator well what I did is I have free retrn
Only the supply is ducted and the return is coming from opening in the gypsum board being sucked by the machine
With no duct needed since the gypsum is a duct itself and usually they don't insulated return ducts ,

Now its my turn to fix it ,any recommendation,? The catalog doesn't say permissible suction and discharge pressure so I have no reference at all
Any suggestions
