Making free phone calls from internet

There are a few where you make a one time member payment for like a year. Some break up a lot depending, I guess, on the service provider you are calling to.

I make free calls all the time from gmail (google phone).
I wouldn't even have my own phone, except with Google phone it's one way only - no one can call you back.
