I am 34 yrs male. About 10 days back I had protected sex with a prostitute. 2 days later I started having slight itching in my penis. I washed my penis with light soap Dove( I have never used soap on my penis inside foreskin before). Next day onwards I started having a lot of itching and irritation and burning sensation when urinating. So I used hydrocortisone on my penis but it didn't help. Next day onwards I started having a white discharge from my penis. I went to dermatologist who said it is STD and asked me to conduct following tests-: 1. smear of gonococci 2. urine analysis 3. Urine culture. He also gave me 7 days dose of doxycycline and an injection of ceftriaxone.I am taking medicine for last three days and my symptoms have become less severe. Today I got my test results and they are as follows-:
1. No growth of Aerobic Pyogenic Organism after 24 hrs of incubation at 37 degree C.
2. Negative for Gonococci

My doctor is out for 2-3 days and I am very nervous. Please help asap.

There isn't a doctor here that will be able to interpret those results. Best is to wait to talk to your doctor. It is going to suck, but there really isn't much to do.

Protection isn't absolute. I would stay away from prostitutes if I were you. Nothing ever really goods comes from that.
