The car starts up and runs good for a while after about 20-30mins it cuts off it restarts every time but it keeps cutting off replaced distributor could it be relay switch and where is it located

If the CEL consistently comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), the problem is with the distributor. Aftermarket distributors for Honda are notoriously unreliable--I only recommend genuine Honda distributor housings, where it's fine to install an aftermarket igniter and coil to keep the cost down. Try returning your distributor for another or follow the suggestion above.

I doubt that your problem is main relay related. That is sometimes a problem with Hondas where there are cold solder joints in the relay that are affected by higher ambient temperatures later in the day.
