I watched a movie when I was about 12, so in the 90s. A woman leaves her baby girl on the side of the road. She drives off and the wind comes and lifts the bassinet to a childless woman's porch who thinks the baby is a gift from God. The woman changes her mind and goes back for her baby but she is gone. She moves to the community to try and get close to her baby but tells no one who she is. A little girl opens the back of the baby's bear and finds a picture of who her mother really is.. PLEASEEEEE HELP this is driving me crazy.
