The Harbinger

So I've been looking for this song, I heard it years ago, but lately I remember it again. It was pretty good.
Anyway, I can only remember the music video to some part.
It's about this school play, seemingly in some middle eastern country, where the school play centers around some huge, guarded wall, with paper helicoptors flying about and the children live in terror.
The music video ends with the children coming together in peace, after the wall falls, I think.
I believe the song is about stopping war, but I can't be certain. The genre seems a bit Urban to what I remember, using guitars and calm drums, not a hard song at all.
The band is of some middle eastern ethnic origin, as far as I remember, brown people if you will.
I'd love it if somebody could tell me the name or band of this song.
