If I've complained to my landlord numerous times about health/safety issues (ex. Leaks, not being cleaned prior to moving in, beginning stages of possible mould) and he does nothing am I then able to contact Public Health to have an inspector step in? If so, when the place is deemed unsuitable to live in (with good likelihood the repairs will take at least 6 months) what happens to my lease? Is it terminated? Would I be put up somewhere by the company that owns the town home complex or am I on my own until I find another place? Help!

If you call an inspector, and they find it not able to be lived in, most likely you will have to move out at once, and then sue the landlord for any costs.

It depends on whether there are vacancies in the complex as to whether they can move you. But yes you would need to vacate and the lease would be terminated.

Not being cleaned when you moved in doesn't seem to be that big of a deal, frankly. Why did you move in if you expected the landlord to clean it better? Once you moved in anyway, you should have cleaned it to your satisfaction.
