I was in foster care for 3 yrs. 9 1/2 to 12 1/2. 1979 - 1982. I live in l.a. county. How do I get my records?

What agency was overseeing your care? The state or who?

Most likely you are not going to see the records, Do you have a claim or law suit that the records would be required for ?
