Hi.. im having periods problems since 2 years I got 3 to 4 tyms periods in these years.I have gone through tsh test result is 4.2 so now what should I do .I am unmarried age 22 my weighis 74.5

TSH is not the only test that should be run. TSH is Thyroid Stimulating Hormone. The OP also needs other hormonal tests such as LSH, FSH, estrogen, progesterone, just to name a few.
