I am currently nineteen years old and I am completing my pre-quest science courses. I have to complete my pre-quest classes if I want to become eligible for the nursing program offered by my junior college. Eventually when I complete the program and receive my (ASN) degree I would like to transfer to a four year college afterwards. The four year college I want to transfer to offers a bridge program and has an agreement with my (CC). If I eventually receive my (BSN) degree I would like to be a navy nurse for 5-3 years or more. I want to be a civilian nurse, but most places are only hiring with people with experience because they can save money as well as time because they don't have to train them.

Most universities offer clinical experience in their BSN programs. This experience and the connections you make give you a good chance of being hired after graduation. Why don't you contact the university you will transfer to and ask about your clinical rotations and the hospitals they partner with. Also, ask about their graduation hiring rate. This may be on their website.
