Please help me deterinine my skin tone. I am pale in winter and tan pretty easy, turning a muddy brown. Hair is med brown, eyes are blue-green.When I hold up my arm next to pale people my arm always looks yellow. My best colors seem to be, white, red-orange, olive green, pale yellow, pale pink (except for pale pink lipstick-washes me out.) some red lipsticks look good on me and brighten me up. Worse colors that show all shadows on face especially undereye shadows are.. brown, bright yellow, peach, red-blue, green-blue, orange. Couldn't find a gold color to try, but held up foil to face and the silver looks good. Brassy hair colors look horrible.I have looked at color charts for skin tones and they don't jive with the colors that look good on me. I look bad in some of both.. good in some of both. Please help my confusion, I want to go clothes shopping for the right colors to look my best at job hunting. Sincerely, Faith

If you are not sure what your skin tone is or what make up shades look best on you, visit a cosmetics counter at your local department store and ask the person behind to counter to help you determine what skin tone you are and assist you in finding the right make up for you.
