I was wrongly accused of a Felony by a County Prosecutor in Michigan. The case was dismissed and all the arrest records were destroyed. This whole incident cost me $4500.00 in legal fees. Can I take the $4500.00 in fees as a tax deduction? Or, are there any other options for recovery?
